Back in 1973, in Madagascar, where our mom grew up; she was just 10 years old when she noticed her mom baking cookies. What amazed her was the simplicity of it all where simple home ingredients were used like dates, coconuts, and wheat flour. All of them were baked into a cookie; coconut being the hero ingredient.
It was yummy, mouth-watering and scrumptious and all it took were a few handpicked ingredients to make it irresistible. These cookies were so beautifully made that they became our mom’s and eventually our favourite go-to snack. Pack it up while on a travel trip or fill up your kid’s snack box for school. Call it oats biscuits or oats cookies, all ages from kids to grown-ups love it.
We wanted to make this cookie for modern taste preferences, so we’ve tweaked its ingredients to blend with Vegan lovers. Nonetheless, the Origin 1973 Vegan Cookie is baked in our heritage style filled with wholesomeness and packed with lots of love just for you. If you’re a coconut lover, this cookie is for you! No dairy products are used and only high-quality ingredients are used while making these cookies.
